Sensation of something under my chin/top of my neck

I was experiencing chests pains on/off and lately they came with a tight/stiff neck. THe chest pains have calmed down now but it’s feels like there is something in my neck. The feeling is located on the left left side of my upper neck just below my jaw, I suppose it is where the two meet. I cannot physically feel anything with my hand but inside my throat sometimes when I swallow and sometimes not doin anything at all, it feels like there’s something in there. I haven’t been docs but I believe This is connected to the chest pain.
