Sensation of stone in bladder

I am currently passing a kidney stone. This is my 5th stone in 18yrs. I have a feeling this stone is now in the bladder but I am unsure. Got some goings on down there. One minute my testicles feel heavy or like I have just had kick in them and then I have this like tinglgling feeling in my abdomen and feeling to pee. Just at the end of every pee I get the feeling more so down there like I want to pass something but nothing ever comes. Anyone had similar symptoms. Just want to get an idea as to where this stone now lies. It’s certainly has moved from just the underside of my rib cage to my lower abdomen just over a week. Looking forward to getting rid of this one

    This sounds horrible.

    I had stones all last year which were too bit for me to pass and had to have them removed by keyhole surgery in December.

    Have you  seen a urologist?
