Sensitive/easily irritated mucous membranes and other symptoms

Hello and thanks for reading!
It all started last summer around June, seemingly inconspicuous symptoms started to occur like burning after urination, blurry vision, burning mouth when eating/brushing teeth etc., slow wound healing, tingling/numb arms and feet.
For a few days I felt pain below my left ribs, we went to the hospital and they couldn't find anything but a slightly elevated blood sugar and potassium deficiency, I received potassium tablets which I took the following days and the pain was gone.
A few weeks later the symptoms kept getting worse, without any reason I now had lost 5kg of weight in 2 weeks and it kept dropping, I now got headaches, felt dizzy, generally weak, my joints and muscles hurt, an unpleasant strong pulse felt in my entire body(even when lying down) and slight trouble breathing.
One evening I ate something that irritated the for some reason sensitive mucous membranes in my mouth, it left several open sores, one of them becoming infected.
The next day I also felt a stone-like feeling in my stomach, I also got nauseous after eating in the evening, I took Iberogast and Maaloxan for about 2 weeks but my stomach only got worse.
At this point it had gotten so bad that I was almost constantly nauseous, my stomach felt very heavy and sometimes hurt whenever I ate or drank something.
I often felt like I was about to faint, also I developed a kind of incontinence, barely able to hold pee and accidentally wetting my bed two times.
I went to the doctor who said I would have some kind of flu because apparently, I had a fever, he sent me back home but after several days I just felt even more like dying and was bedridden.
I went again, this time they prescribed me Ranitidine, I took it for 2-3 weeks but it didn't work, now I also had heartburn from time to time.
In the hospital I got a gastroscopy and colonoscopy, everything was okay except for an advanced gastritis together with reflux, no H.plyori found, gluten intolerance tested negative.
They prescribed me pantoprazole, 80mg daily for 2 weeks, then 40mg until my symptoms would be gone.
Months later I still take it, without anything getting better.
In an act of despair I began taking vitamin B complex pills, ( contains B1, B2, niacin, B6, folate, biotin, B12) and after a few days my condition improved, I wasn't bedridden anymore and most symptoms got weaker, including my stomach problems.
I took them over the course of several weeks but my symptoms wouldn't completely disappear, for a blood test I had to stop taking them for 10 days, 2 days later I got lots of cancer sores and my symptoms worsened again, the blood results showed my b12 levels to be at 215ng/l., TSH at 5.57 my vitamin d levels were very low at 4µg/l, I got supplements for vitamin D, but by taking them nothing changed, so I kept taking the vitamin b pills as well.
An ultrasonography of the thryoid gland didn't show any abnormalities.
Almost everything I eat makes my mouth and tongue burn or causes little wounds, the corners of my mouth sometimes hurt as well.
I don't take the vitamin b pills anymore, I also lowered the pantoprazole dose, I keep feeling worse again, my stomach hurts more often and this stone like feeling is also worse.
Since last may I didn`t have my period, probably because I lost weight so rapidly in such short time back then ( I was still able to eat normal when I began losing weight)
I don't drink, don't smoke, never did drugs, only drink water and a bland diet since a few months.
I didn't have any stress and am still quite alright psychologically except for this crap with my health now, which frustrates me.
I really hope someone has an idea, tomorrow I will go into hospital again, so if you think something should be checked, tell me!

How was your urine test?

I never had sexual contact so sexually transmitted diseases should be ruled out, but to be sure my doctor made an HIV test which came back negative.
I had cystitis about 2 months before it started so I thought it had come back, but the doctor said it wasn't, the last urine test they did was around the time when it all started and nothing seemed suspicious according to the docs.

Do you have your last CBC bloodwork results on hand?
Has your pancreas been screened?
Did you do a full blood sugar screen including glucose tolerance testing?
It could be onset diabetes.
Is your liver function ok?
The fact that you improved on B complex points back to the gut and this is unhelpful on its own. It is clear that you are unable to properly absorb/assimilate nutrients. Question is why. How were your folate levels? Magnesium?

I have been tested for HIV and herpes, various other things which all came back negative, even the parasite tests.
I was sent to a diabetologist just before it started who did a 3 month blood sugar test and an antibody test among various other tests, I don't have diabetes.
I don't know about the pancreas...
My liver seems to be alright aswell.
I did have magnesium deficiency for some time one year ago but now it seems to be gone.
Folate has been tested, but while I was on the b-complex pills which also included folate, so I don't know how reliable it is, but on that blood test it was normal.
Here is the last normal bloodwork (it is in german sorry! If you don't understand something just ask!) http://imgur.com/a/bo7Wi

What kind of parasite testing was done? Just stool tests or bloodwork too? I realize gastroscopy and colonoscopy were performed as well though so as far as gut parasites are concerned, you are pretty much covered.
As for the endoscopic tests performed, can you please confirm if any tissue was sampled for histologic testing?
If you are located in Germany, i would say you are in the best hands as German trained doctors are in my opinion among the best overall. I see they are very thorough too.
From the report you attached i see they are actively checking reasons for your malabsorption, which is correct.
Have you had a hydrogen breath test? Have you had fecal tests for fat absorption? Specifically 72 hour fecal fat test?

Are you eating enough fat? You have moved to a bland diet because of your gut issues i understand, but you really need fat to have any hope in absorbing some of your vitamin D. Are you vegan/vegetarian?
Do you get regular exposure to sunlight - without cover-ups and without sun-blocks? You can safely expose your skin to the sun without chemical sunscreen creams at any time except midday sun.
Is your skin very dark? Are you overweight?
Do you have IBS? If not, are your bowel movements regular, too frequent or too infrequent?

Probes to discover the cause should however continue as something is obviously causing your malabsorption and must also be addressed.
All the best!
