Sensitive/Irritated skin around scrotum

Irritation/itch around my pubic region with no rash, redness or dry skin

First felt it around November on the right side. It was mainly around the skin folds where my penis, scrotum and pubic region meet. Only feel it when walking. Nothing when running. When I'm still is fine too

Now it's on the exact same spot on the left.

Doctor thought it was fungal initially and was given a couple of fungal and steroid creams but if anything they made it worse.

Went to a dermatologist yesterday and she said definitely not fungal and thinks it is genital dysaesthesia and said told me a try a sting free moisturizer for 3 months and then come back. Have already tried every moisturizer under the sun anything I put on makes it worse. Having trouble taking it anymore

Thought there is no harm in reaching out on here and seeing if anyone had any ideas or had been through something similar. It's really affecting me mentally not knowing if there is light at the end of the tunnel

    James have you tried Cerave moisturising cream? Its worth a try.
