Sentraline - extreme tiredness and night sweats

Hi, I'm a 21 year old female and have been taking 50mg of sertraline for 7.5 weeks now, prescribed for depression. I've never really been a big sleeper but recently I've been struggling to stay awake, I find myself falling asleep at 7:30pm most nights (before I was going to bed at 11/12 each night) and sleeping right through to 5am. I then spend the rest of the day exhausted and fighting to stay awake. I'm too tired to do anything I just seem to be napping at any chance I get, during work breaks, when i finish work and for hours at the weekend. I just wondered if this is normal? Will I stop feeling like this once I have been taking them for longer? I have also been experiencing really vivid dreams and am waking up every morning drenched in sweat eventhough I feel cold, is this normal? I feel alot better in myself despite being tired and I do feel they are working so I'm reluctant to contact the doctors incase they want to change the medication or dosage and that makes thongs worse. any advice would be much appreciated thanks 😃
