hello i just had septoplasty done and something with turbines? how long did you leave the gauze on outside? they gave me 2 nasal sprays when did u use those? how long did you have to breath out ur mouth bc my mouth is so dry n sore n i cant get enoufh water to drink. it feels like cotton mouth so bad i cant really eat . what all did you guys do? they told me my head needs propped up to but man its hard to sleep sitting up basically. i need some advice
