Septoplasty one nostril more blocked than other 4 days post op

I had a seproplasty done 4 days ago due to a deviated septum ( left nostril more blocked than the right) everything seemed to have gone well, minimal bleeding just uncomfortable sleeping and the pressure in the face! I have found the pain has reduced significantly in the right side along with moments im able to breathe through also. However, my left side is still pretty painful and blocked- i am worried this may be due to an infection or the surgery hasnt worked? i still have my stents in which should be taken out by the end of next week. Has anyone experienced this? tThank you 😃
