HOURLY..SOMETIMES MINUTES! i cant live my life without friggin worrying ! Its gotten even worse now that ive had the baby!! (Esp exsessive visits to the doctor, and hand washing!) Oh dear god help me... Its taking a toll on my mind & relationship!!! Hi there!!! Wow... Your post spoke to me. You sound like I did... 14 years ago when I had my daughter. Ive just now come to grips on my health anxiety and it all stems from fear of death and leaving my child motherless. Has your doc talked to you about this?

Fallen pregnant and having a baby made my anxiety worse, it’s because you have to think and worry about this little person inside you ! And when they are born they rely on you to do everything!! I would talk t your family about hw your feeling and your doctor!! It’s not a weakness!!!
