Has anyone experienced this before? Or is it quite rare?

    Have not experienced it, it is very rare, must be careful it can kill.

    I recently had some concerns. May I ask why you mentioned that?

    going from citalopram to higher citalopram wouldnt cause any issue, it tends to only happen switching to a different AD altogether, and going from high dose to another higher dose of the different AD
