good afternoon

i have been on sertraline for years and generally its great. first lockdown i really struggled with anxiety and i was put up to 200mg sertraline when it didnt ease drs added 15mg mirtazapine worked wonders and was back to my self drs reduced my sertraline from then and upped the mirtazapine.

before xmas i was on 50mg sertraline and 30mg mirtazapine all good until latest lockdown and my anxiety hit me again doctors told me to go back up to 200mg sertraline and up the mirtazapine to 45mg. well jesus thought i was going crazy i took myself to a and e and saw mental health who said dosage was too high. so back down to 150mg sertraline and 30 mirtazapine. looking back to when i felt better last year i think i need to be back on the 200mg sertraline and 15 mirtazapine can anyone please give me advice as i just want to be me again. the drs have said its ok to drop down the mirtazapine and then in a week up the sertraline but i am so scared of going down hill dropping dosage before i up the other. sorry for the long post
