hi everyone hope your all doing well. just going to say a bit about myself so you can gauge what im going through right now. im 20 years old and back in febuary i woke up one day hungover i had the most severe panic attack ive ever had im my life i took 2 weeks off work i had a extremely foggy head and couldnt even get out of bed. this sent me down what im guessing was a depressing hole and i started on 50mg of sertaline or zoloft i stayed on that for around 11 weeks it worked but i was still in a extremely bad place i found that i was still having panic attacks and days of being horribly depressed. when the 11 week mark was hit and only had little improvment i went to 75mg then a week or two later jumped up to 100mg. ive now been on that for around 3 weeks those were the best 2 weeks ive had in months felt on top of the world went back out met my pals done everything i enjoy then all of a sudden ive started to go a little down hill again getting a foggy head cant concentrate and feeling low. my question is to anyone still reading this is is this normal i was doing so well then the last 4-5 days feeling depressed again. any help would be so appreciated i would also just like to say to anyone reading yes im not in the best place right now but compaired to where i was when i started im miles better so dont think it dosnt get better. thanks in advance
