Hello Lee
I was prescribed both of those as well. I had to stop the Sertraline because of the side effects. I was getting weird cold tingling sensations across my shoulders and down my arms and on the back of my head and they gave me awful insomnia. It was so bad that I had no sleep at all for almost 4 days and I felt so ill. Propranolol seems to be a much better tolerated medication.

I really hope you can get through this horrible phase with them, I've heard that once your body adjusts they work really well. If I could have tolerated them then I would have stuck with them. I'm trying to deal with things without medication and it's feeling impossible at the moment. I genuinely wish you well.

Hi Lee yes it can be the case I have it as well at times. its just the meds taking effect and adjusting hopefully it will pass for you. the early days are always the tough ones to settle into.
