Hi I too have been on Sertraline for 15weeks on various doses and i am still feeling anxious and has not helped as much as i would like. Made a decision yesterday with doc to try a different med so as from today i am on venlafaxine and coming slowley off Sertraline. Doc felt it should have worked much better after 15 weeks.

    Hi Don

what is your saying about the meds.  I have been on them same length of time.  Still ups and down.  It has been suggested that I go up in dose but haven't yet.  Scared of the side effects.  I'm sure you have discussed this with your dr.  Were you on citalopram before sertraline?

What dosage of cit were you on.  I was on 30mg and the equivalent of that dose on sertraline is 125 mgs.  Haven't upped to 125 but I guess I will.  Do you ever feel any relief?  I sometimes feel off balance.  Have you experienced that?
