Sertraline 100g

hi guys me again so for the past 5 weeks ive been on 100mg sertraline before that i was on 50mg. for just over 4 weeks i found going up too 100mg ive had better days more so than bad!! but can anyone tell me if its natural to suffer back ache and shoulder blade in middle also tightning of the chest still?? i feel so much more my old self nearly but not there just yet also losing weight but eating like loads!!! still have sinus problem too but manageable

any help in advice would be grately appreciated
