I have been on sertraline for about 4 years now on and off! Iv been on 50 mg for over 2 years now and about 4 weeks ago I felt my anxiety coming back again and feeling low and not sleeping! So the doctor has put me up onto 100mg and its been about 4 weeks but the last 4 nights around 9.30 I have been feeling real tired like I have taken something to make me feel drowsy! I do try to have a nap in the day if I can but I feel wide awake!

Just time it so the pills makes you sleepy! I've been on it for about a week lol and it work best if I take it once I'm in bed and ready to sleep...

    Hi Emzy,

I started it 6 weeks ago. The first 2 weeks was a disaster. I was so dowsy, I couldnt keep my eyes open. I literarlly passed out in the afternoon for 3-4 hours. But as days passed, it got better and at the moment I dont feel drowsy at all any more. I started taking it before bed though. Although my gp suggested mornings. But every person is dofferent. What I can say for sure, is that it is gonna get back to normal status, once ur body gets used to it.
