Changing the manufacturer can cause issues like this. I would ask the pharmacy to change it to my normal tablets.

And in addition I am so angry on them, they know very well that changing manufacturers can cause this but they dont tell anything just give what they want and the we suffer.. It is not right at all.

Insist on Lustral. I went round the pharmacies until one prescribed them . Even write to your GP and get them to insist on the prescription. It costs the NHS more so they don't want to prescribe them. Ranbaxy are the worst of the generics. They actually make me feel worse than the normal anxiety symptoms 😦

Hi sorry but it's not that simple..doctors refuse point blank to offer branded lustral as it's too expensive. I started on lupin brand for a month then Accord brand for a couple of months and was improving. I was then switched to milpharm and crashed, doctor, psychiatrist, pharmacists not interested as they are all the same..NOT...finally spoke to a lovely pharmacist who understood and has managed to get me teva brand that I can stay on instead of having to switch again but there will be a transition period due to keep switching. Its been 3 weeks and I'm still suffering, low mood, irritability and sweats...hoping for improvement soon????
