Sertraline 100mg help please

hello all i was on 50mg sertraline for 2 and a half weeks then my doctor put it up to 100mg we're Ive stayed now for 3 weeks tomorrow so on Sunday I will be starting my fourth week. the last couple of days on week 3 has been awful I was okish on week 1 and 2 on the 100 now comming to the end of week 3 and I feels awful anxiety is out of control headaches are unreal the presure tight feeling in my head at the back is horrible feeling sick head feels heavy. muscles ache even more so I'n my shoulders amd back. I can't understand why its all come on in week 3 when doctor says u should see some improvement in week 1 amd 2 ?? I've rang the doctor yesterday and she said give it another 2 weeks if still no better at all she putting me up to 150mg. has anyone else got bad side effects in week 3 and when did it all settle. I feel so low 😞 thank toy for reading xxx

    anyone im at the end of week 4 now tomorrow be going onto week 5. feel like im.getting worse 😪🥹
