Sertraline 100mg/mirtazapine 15mg/2mg diazepam

Had a relapse in my diagnosed ocd/depression/ anxiety for the first time in about 8 years. I was on 200mg of sertraline for about 4 years and also done CBT with a shrink. I dropped down to 150mg for 2 years and then over the last year I have been dropping down to 100 then 100 one day and 50 the next to amount to 75mg. Boom everything back intrusive thoughts, what if scenarios, paranoia. I requested to be put back up to 100mg and the doctor also prescribed me short term 2mg diazepam on really bad days but gave me 15mg of mirt mainly for insomnia in combo with the sert. I'm 3 weeks into the mirt and I wake up every morning with major anxiety Impending doom and paranoia. Not sure the mirt is helping, it is with sleep. Does anyone have any experiences. Should I just half the 15mg for the more sedating effect. I am seeing my gp on Wednesday. Are there other stronger drugs they can give me long term. They don't seem to give out benzos in UK on a long term basis and not sure I would want it incase of tolerance/depandancy.
