Sertraline 15 weeks still not back to how I was before was ill

Hey, I've been on the sert for a total of 15 weeks now and been on 150mg for 6/7 weeks. Have improved a lot and gone back to work full time few weeks back. But I'm still getting anxious moments, tight chest, breathing odd, vague feelings. Wondering wether it's time to change meds or keep going on sert? I just don't feel back to how I was before became ill in December.

Well it's a job to tell what's a side effect and what's the anxiety to be honest. My anxiety was so bad, I could hardly leave the house so just had to take them and hope. They have eased the physical symptoms like panic attacks, chest tightness, vague cloudy feelings etc. Have taken ages to work though and still not right.

    Hi Dafoxy.

I have been on 100mg for 11 weeks. Also not feeling right. My physcologist and doctor both think i should stay on 100 for 6 months at least. Like you, i wish for the day that i go back to how i was in december also. Headaches, some visual disturbances and not feeling myself for the majority of the day are the issues for me at the moment. Good luck and keep fighting
