Sertraline 150mg no appetite, heightened anxiety and little sleep

ive been on Sertraline for 8 weeks for GAD. My appetite hasn't been great, my dose was upped from 100 to 150 a week ago and ever since ive had zero appetite until evening time. Anxiety and intrusive thoughts are at an all time high, is this normal?

Could switching to taking it at night help with the nausea?

This is my 3rd anti depressant im feeling hopeless

hey! hang in there. this medication takes a ling time to settle and your body needs to adjust to the doses. dont be so quick to up the dosage if you think it is not working. it always gets worse before it gets better, so remember much of the anxiety and intrusive thoughts are from the medication and your reactions to the anxiety. slow down, accept the anxiety and thoughts as exactly that-thoughts that do not define you. you cannot control them, nor do they control you. remember that!
