Sertraline 15O for over a year

hi not been on here in awhile after months of hell and back i did get to a point where ive been somewhat better no mmmmmm not great but functioning better in life to some degree saw some light at end of tunnel.Last fee days i have felt the awful feeling creeping back in.Yesterday and today culminating in me not eating feeling sick,anxious depressed u name it i thought id turned a corner and was getting better somewhat could this be a blip or is that it i cant do this all over again.
