Sertraline 18 days in

I am 18 days in taking sertraline after my daughters marriage broke down she moved home. I am finding it extremely difficult. I’ve been prescribed sertraline after three days and had a massive panic attack and have been prescribed propananol for panic attacks. I’ve been taking sertraline 8 am in the morning but finding by 6 pm feeling great. go to bed feeling great but terrified as next morning I wake up and feel dreadful., full of panic, Is there anyone who else having this side-effect I have started to 50 mg but have been increased to 10mg
