Thanks Pam , I know what you mean about not being 100 %. I started sertraline about 4 months ago on low does 50mg but was not doing any good. I feel like I am letting my mum down who passed away by being this way , I feel alone a lot as I am estranged from my family. All my friends seem to be doing stuff other young people do and I just can't sad.

Hi I too have anxiety and agrophobia. I have just been upped to 200. Everyone is different but 3 days in im having nausea and lightheadedness with no benefit yet. As usual doc says wait for few weeks. That's the trouble you have to try it before you know how you will react.

I also have ptsd. What is promethazine?

    Good luck

Promethazine is a allergy tablet that is also used to treat insomnia and anxiety. I have been prescribed them to replace Diazepam. Thanks x
