Sertraline 200mg day 7 zombie

Hey, so I bn upped to 200mg sert day 7 the other day and eyes are drowsy, feel like i'm looking through people etc. Missed dose altogether wednesday and not so Zombied today. So have gone back to 150mg today. Wandering whether to stick it out on 200mg and see if effects pass or go back 150mg. Went back to work part time this. Monday, and whilst I'm getting on with it, don't feel back to normal yet, only 60 /70 percent tbh. Still waiting for cbt aswell.
