Sertraline 25mg & Propranolol 20mg twice a day- can I reduce my propranolol?

I started on propranolol and sertraline last week. I know the side affects are minimal for propranolol but almost straight after taking them I get really hot, followed by chills and then a very slight tingling in my neck and lips area and I also seem to get very stuffy in my nose. I realise these aren't normal side effects for this medication so possibly just in my head as I do get health anxiety but can I reduce to 10mg twice a day? I took 20mg this morning but only 10mg this evening and the "side effects" ive been feeling are minimal compared to taking the 20mg but concerned about the warning on the box not to stop taking them or to drop the dose too drastically. Thank you

you should refer to your doctor or speak with a pharmacist about this. That is the safest way to get the best answer. Take care.

Thank you! I contacted the pharmacist and she confirmed I can reduce my dose as I'm on such a small amount I can use it as and when I feel i need it or don't need it xx
