Hi Don I was on 25 mg for 4 weeks, started feeling pretty good in the second week.  Then went to 50 mg was good for about 2 weeks then I started losing my happy.  Saw my doctor and we agreed 50 was too high so went to taking 25 in the morning then cutting a 25 in half to 12.5 taking that at night - life is GOOD!!  Prior to Setraline I was on Effexor that was a suicide drug for me - then celexa had anxiety 24/7.  Went off everything for a few weeks then started the Sertraline and just needed to get to the right dose.   Take care!

Hi Dianned, I am so tired everyday and I'm on 50mg.  Were you tired on the 50mg?  If so I think I should cut my dosage.  Mind you, I feel happy otherwise.
