Any ADVICE PLEASE to taper down I did 4 weeks at 50mg then 4 weeks at 25mg then 3. Weeks at 12.5mg now I'm on 12.5 mg every other day this med as changed me as a person ever since I started it I've never felt the same witch it 6 months of hell I feel soow at the moment just hoping this is withdrawals from the med just wondering as anyone felt this way on this med and does it get better ?

      I'm going to go med free if possible fed up of putting them poison in my body r u on sert ?

      I am thinking of doing the same. My personality is completely gone and my family misses me so much. I am going to start an exercise regiment to see if that helps along with accupuncture. Here sending you blessings on your journey.

      This med as changed me in a lot of ways as a person my personality my mood ,anger,patience,sense of humour,I'm just a different person

      I am on 100 mg and still don't see any positive effects. Since you are down so small now can you just stop. How did the withdrawal go because if I don't get any relief in 2 more weeks which will make a total of 8 weeks, then I am going to start tapering as well. I should see a small amount of effect at 6 weeks and I don't so I am beginning to think this isn't the med for me.

      The first part not to bad my anxiety not half as bad than when I was on the higher doses it's just the low mood that's bad at the minute going to ride it out and see if it's the withdrawal I'm taking 12.5 mg every other day now got an appointment with the doctor tomorrow see what he say but like I said I e not been the same person since starting these meds 6 months ago
