Sertraline 50mg to 75mg I am scared

hi everyone,

i have been on sertraline 50mg since June of 2016 since last year april 2020 my anxiety has increased alot which is normal due to the pandemic. so last week after speaking to a psychartist she suggested i go up a dose and that she does not think i will have any bad side effects because my body has already gotten used to sertraline cause i have been on it for 4 years now. I am nervous that i will experience side effects again. I also deal with health anxiety I always feel dizzy and my heart rate is always high. I had blood work done back in June and an ekg they came out fine. I am going to take an ECHO test just to be sure that my heart is ok. I do also plan on eating healthy as well.

    I totally get where your coming from, for me everyday is a new symptom or fear. I didnt know the effects of these ssri's until after I started taking them. If I may ask, whats the worst part for you?
