Sertraline 6 months

Since I have been on sertraline I have had all the sides effects.  The ones that seem to be more persistent are nasal problems, accumulation of mucous in my throat, constantly spitting. Never had this symptom before.  Insomnia has decreased.  About every two weeks pull a all night er. (No sleep).  And joy of joy my hair seems to be affected.  Losing some.  Not great amounts but noticeable.  Is it time to try something different or will these symptoms fade.

Meanwhile my mood is better but these symptoms are making me anxious.

thanks for your advice.

I've been on sertraline same time as u and it's been a roller coaster surely this med sould have worked by now I've started tapering 4 weeks ago to 25mg today I've gone to 12 1/2 mg at least I feel better than when I was on the higher dose I've decided that I don't want to cover things up I want to deal with the problem and from what I've learned these meds just cover things up and when it's time to come off all the problems come back I'm not saying these meds arnt good for some people because they are they work well for some but not others and I'm the others lol
