Hi Demi, not doing to bad, more energetic, still alittle anxious but nothing like it was prior to zoloft. I do have more good days than bad. And the bad days aren't too bad. I might have to up my med , I'm on 50 might have to go to 75, but only if doc agrees. But if not i could live on 50. I never want to go back to the way I was. Thank you for listening. 😇

I’m feeling good today thanks Demi smile.   Just back from walking the dogs,  had a paddle in the sea after lunch today with my daughter and now I’m chilling out.    How are you feeling today.  X

Feeling the fear and doing it anyway, good for you, I have my bbq tomorrow and I’m trying to keep imagining how nice it’s going to be instead of dreading it, you know, break the negative cycle.  X

Hey Demi - I'm on day 9 of 25 mg. I'm super sensitive to meds - this is the longest I've ever gone on an SSRI and I feel wired. My sleep has been disturbed every night - last night being the least of it but with how utterly exhausted and calm I was by the time I was ready to fall asleep, you'd think I would sleep through the night? Does this eventually stop? Do you ever get restorative sleep again? SOS smile

I’m on my 4th week now on 50 and I feel loads better the first two weeks were dreadful was not sleeping was always scared sick pains anything you could think of but each day I just said it’s only going to be like this for a little while then I will get better and it’s true it has started working really well I still feel abit spaced out but that is literally it I feel happy for once so all I’m gonna say is hang on in there you can get through it what is it they say you have to go through the bad to get the good and I know it feels like the end of the world but it’s really not trust me just think of the benefits you will get and know that there’s a lot of people going through the same I’m always here to listen and give advice to let me know how you get on x
