Just a bit concerned I am taking too much have been on 200mg for over a year if I am having a bad day will take 250 mg. I do have problems sleeping and have for a long time. Always tired but just put it all down to my depression also my mum has not long passed away and I can’t accept she’s not with me anymore.
Anyone else on 200mg are you sleeping?

I am so sorry to hear about your Mum, it takes a very long time to adjust to a huge loss like that ....
Could you talk to your GP about trying another SSRI if you are on the max dose, but feel it's not enough for you.
A person I know switched to escitalopram for similar reasons, and is good on that.
