Hi everyone I started sertraline maybe about 6 days ago, is it normal to get pain in your head, like it's not severe or anything just sometimes feels like a but of tension, that's the only way I can explain it, also find myself to be I bit more tired than usual, a few hours after taking it I notice I clench my jaw and often become a bit shaky an feel a bit sick but this normally wears off within no time, I just worry so much

No worries this is normal. I always refer to my doctor if there is problem that I might have concerning this med. But I had all the ones u have plus some. It will get better, it will take awhile because this is a slow acting med, could take up to 8 weeks. We r here for you. And remember your doctor is the person who is there for you also. 😇

Hi yes headaches are normal for the first couple of weeks, I'm on my 3rd week and I still get them and nausea, dizziness and body jerks and shaky, weak and sore legs, but I will wait a couple of more weeks, hopefully will go away soon, I'm only on 25mg and I have to go up to 100mg but I'm doing it slowly cause I'm already having a hard time with all this side effects.
