Anyone else suffering with diarrhoea

I know its not a pleasant subject but with every increase I'm on the loo in the mornings repeatedly. I am on 150mg and with this increase my bum is worse. I get no warning sometimes --so even if I could go out Im scared to. Have been on 150mg for 2 weeks and feel like cr*p. Wake up sweating and dehydrated and have no energy or the desire to do anything. Will this ever end

Started Dec going from 25mg .

50..75..100...then about 2 weeks ago doc upped to 150mg. I had the diarrhoea on each increase but not for as long as i have with the increase to 150mg. Maybe I should have gone to 125mg. I'm not going to the loo all day just in the morning but lots of times. I couldn't go out anywhere before dinner time even if I was up to it. I'm going to try taking an immodium tonight before I go to bed.

This illness is awful and my heart goes out to fellow sufferers. Please keep posting especially when you feel better..Thank you

That's interesting coz I take 150 mg of sertraline and I have bad diarrhoea too.  Sometimes it's ok for a week or so then I get  several days a week when it's bad.

I have been on 150 mg of this med for around 10 years now but it has been getting worse and worse.  I gave up smoking in July last year and this has made it worse too.  It is one of the known side effects of sertraline but I think I might have to change to another med if this carries on.  x
