I have been on 50mg of sertraline for 4.5 months and some days i still feel dizzy kind of like i'm not with it.
Is this normal as i've been on it so long?
Thanks

Hi Lauren,
Sertraline is a member of the SSRI group, whose common aim is to increase the level of Seratonin in our brain chemistry.
Sometimes the change in brain chemistry and sedative effects of medication can leave us feeling a bit out of it in the context of not feeling as sharp and alert as we would normally feel without medication.
Discuss with your doctor if you have any concerns.
Peace 🙏
