Hi, any advice be much appreciated, I'm on 150mg daily of sertraline and the head, scalp and neck sweating is unbearable, they work for my anxiety but the sweating is really getting me down ....HELP!

I am exactly the same. Had no issues with sweating on 100 mg but went up to 150 and then 200 and was so bad id wake up wet through in bed!! I reduced myself back down to 100 over 2 months but the sweating hasnt gone away, I dont know what to do. cant reduce anymore as my anxiety levels have increased since reducing but cant stand the sweating.
