Sertraline and hypertension

Hi I have stage 2 hypertension (diagnosed a month ago) and at the time I was on Sertraline, also last year I was on accutane for acne and the side effects on that can last a year after stopping the medication. I’m just wondering if anyone else had been diagnosed with high blood pressure at the same time as being on either of those medications as I’m sure one of them is what has given me high blood pressure, it is a rare side effect of both those meds but not unheard of. I’m onlt 29 not overweight and quite active. Thanks
