When I was on Sertraline the first time it definitely improved my confidence. I felt like a better version of myself, I would speak up in meetings at work, joined clubs, etc. The only problem is it probably took me 12 weeks to get there but I have never felt a better version of myself than being on Sert. Hope this helps

Thanks Kate - I'm starting on 25mg a day for a couple of weeks then 50mg then maybe higher. I need to feel like you've just described especially as I now have a new, senior job. Can I ask what dosage you take?

I’m sure you will get there. This is my second time on Sertraline, I was on 100mg the first time so I have upped to that again. I have been on it for 4 weeks now and have had a couple of good days but still have a way to go. Good luck with your new role!
