Hi
I am on 50mg of Sertraline for nearly 2 months and am experiencing joint pain especially in my fingers and wrists should i be concerned about this side effect?

Probably side effects. Have you had your vit D levels checked. Well worth checking out. Vit D deficiency impacts on all sorts of stuff. Google it..I was surprised.
