I take the following supplements daily -

Magnesium, Cod Liver Oil, Allicin, Pro Biotic, coq10 and every other day I take Vitamin B and Vitamin D (dont take these daily as cod liver oil has vit d and the magnesium I got has vit b)

I also have taken 50mg sertraline daily until NYE when it was upped to 100mg for about 3 months

I feel better but cant say ig it's the supplements or sertraline

    Hi

Yes definitely. Supplements that really also help are magnesium in the evening (really helps those with insomnia side effects), vitamin b and omega 3 in the morning. B complex is fantastic for stress and is like a tonic to your nervous system, omegas also help with optimum brain function which is what we need!! I take all 3 and find they Def help especially the magnesium.
