Hi guys, I have been on sertraline for 20 days and the anxiety is horrendous. I'm not sure if it's my own anxiety, which normally doesn't last this long, continuously, or the meds. Should I be feeling better now? Past mistakes, regrets, failures... Are all eating me up. I feel suicidal at moments but have a famy and need to be here for them. Will this get better?

God i felt like this too. I'm day 12 of upping mine to 100mg. today I feel like I'm spacey.....heavy headed xx
