Sertraline Bigh blood pressure, please help!

Last night my blood pressure was up to 160/100 and stays up until 4am, then this morning too, i was panicking and i was unable to sleep, feeling nauseated and feeling like ants are all over my hands and body,cold and hot sweats, gastric problems too. I am on sertraline for a month, 10 days ago i upped my dose to 50mg from 25mg and this is the first time i am experiencing this with sertraline, can anyone please tell me if they experienced same? Please i beg you for your help i am panicking i am scared, i have a health anxiety... At this point i feel i dont want to continue with sertraline, my gp dont have time till' next week. Please tell me is this a sertraline acting up and causing me anxiety with high blood pressure and panicking? Why this is happening now a month later? This morning i took only 37.5mg and propranolol. Thank You for your help. Sorry i am nervous i make mistake in the title.
