Hi I’m looking for some help/reassurance I have been on sertraline/Zoloft 50mg for 4 weeks today for anxiety and a bit of low mood first two weeks were not to bad just dizziness and tiered all the time then at the start of week three I was feeling much better anxiety had gone right down and I was feeling good getting on with work and wanting to do things again it lasted 12 days then bang all of a sudden it was back I was terribly anxious again and feeling low its been 5 days like that now I have been telling myself it’s just a blip and it will pick up again has anyone had this and did it get better is it normal or should I look at upping to 100mg ? Any help would be appreciated as I’m feeling like I have gone backwards a bit

    hi Luke

I'll add this, copied from another post of mine. it may help us if we get a reply.

I seem to have good periods (a week or 2) then bad periods (a week or 2) no external factors I can blame? was wondering if that is common and a reason to up dosage or to wait it out? I ve been on 75mg for 2 months. or do people up the dosage because their anxiety etc has reduced to a constant level but just not by enough?
