Sertraline bowel issues!

Sorry if tmi but need some advice.

I have been taking 50mg Sertraline for 7 weeks now for PMDD, OCD and anxiety.

The first 6 weeks i felt massively improved with little side effects.

For the past week however i've had very loose, rumbling painful bowels several times a day.

I guess i'm asking as i'm sure its the drug causing it, if it will get better over the next few weeks now the drug is fully in my system and to stick it out or if anything might help like probiotics. It was all going so well 😦!
