Sertraline, bowel trouble. Please help

I was prescribed sertraline for the first time around 2 years ago. I took it for a few weeks but had to stop as I had constant diarrhoea. I was recently prescribed it again and took 50mg daily for 16 days. During this time I had constant watery diarrhoea which I assumed was from the meds. I stopped taking the sertraline 2 weeks ago however the diarrhoea is still happening. It has calmed down slightly but I'm by no means back to normal. has anybody else had a similar experience?
