Sertraline, cant sleep 😫

Hi, was wondering if anyone had any advice. I started sertraline last Monday so I am now on day 7. After a few days of taking it I could definitely feel an improvement in my mood, but then on day 5 suddenly the insomnia bit me like a ton of bricks, I didn't sleep all night Friday night and I hardly slept last night. I'm absolutely exhausted. I know this is very common side effect but I was just wondering if anyone else experienced it at the beginning and does it go away? I am 11 weeks pregnant and I really need to sleep 😫
