Sertraline day 11

well today is day 11 on sertraline and I managed to get out of bed ge dressed and even took the dog for a short walk  this is a massive achievement for me as i don't normally leave the houseive have very little anxiety for few days  I really hope this is the start of things to come 😃😃

    Always nice to read a positive post about someone who is on the road to recovery....early days, but keep up the good work!

    Let's hope so good to hear positive news best wishes for a sustained recovery. Don't be upset if you 'drop' on your journey keep strong fight on & be kind to yourself

    That's brilliant news! Keep at it. Just remember that anxiety is a roller coaster ride. You will have good days and bad days, so if you find that you can go out for a few days, then have a major panic another day about doing the same thing you have been doing, don't worry! Just tell yourself that this is normal. Don't let it set you back, just carry on steadily. :-)
