Sertraline day 18 150mg improving

Hey, I'm on day 18 150mg sert now and have been gradually feeling a bit better over the last week. The panic attacks have subsided and a lot of the awful anxiety. I have been eating a lot better aswell. I'm still getting some tight chest and some odd breathing things, so not quite there yet, but I think things are improving. This is week 9 on sert, I've had some diazepam 2mg help aswell the last week which has calmed me also. So my message is stick at it with the sertraline, it does take time. Let's hoping we all get better soon. How's everyone else doing?
