Sertraline- does your mood change daily??

Hello all,

Just wanted to ask if anyone else has found a pattern with their moods?

For the past few days I've noticed I'm waking up and in what seems like a constant state of anxiety/panic/doom and gloom until mid afternoon and then I seem to calm down and feel very relaxed in the afternoon and evening.

I'm on 50mg which I take in the morning about 7am (already anxious before I take them- 5am with sweaty palms, racing heart etc) I'm 2 weeks into them so I know it's early days!

Just wondering if anyone else spots any patterns in yheir symptoms and how long you've been on them!

Thanks guys :-)

    Hello!

I recently started Zoloft last week. 50mg a day then upped to 100mg a day today after I met with my doctor again. I also experience the majority of my anxiety in the morning and it seems to taper off throughout the day.

My doctor also temporarily has me on Klonopin (small 0.25mg doses) to help my anxiety for the time-being until the Zoloft really starts to work which could potentially still be weeks away for me.

Hi Tyger, how you getting on with sertaline? I've been on them 15days now and no improvement as yet but I know it takes time. How long have you been on them for now?

Hi Amy, how you getting on with sertaline? I've been on it for 15days now. 6days 25mg and 9days 50mg I still feel pretty rubbish and the last few days felt really low. Are you the same? I've been waking up with anxiety every morning which is horrible and not sleeping either.
