Sertraline Dose increase.. advice please

My psychiatrist has recently increased my dose from 100 mg to 150mg. I was starting to have a few slightly better days however now feel like my head is racing again and I feel very irritable.

How long after increasing the dose should I start to see benefits, or have other experienced worsening anxiety with increasing the dose?

Currently at WK 9, have others seen benefits come later than this stage?
