    Hey Tan

Most of us have been there at the start!!

It’s hard but stick with it and it will get better, a good 4 -5 weeks things will settle..

I went on it 4 months ago and almost threw the towel in because the side effect felt worse then the anxiety I went on sertraline for.. but I’m so thankfully I stick it out because I’m feeling heaps better.

Remember the meds need time to kick in and it’s the brain adjusting to meds.

And congrats on your baby, try enjoy it because before u know it baby isn’t baby and you wished you could turn the clock back ❤️

      Thanks Trish

I remember it taking about 2 weeks for the side affects to subside the last time .. time just seems to go so slow !!! Hopefully I will see some improvement in the next few days as my eating is poor and that’s no good when I am breastfeeding! ( giving a bottle isn’t an option as she refuses a bottle) that’s adding to anxiety!! I suppose I just want someone to say it will be better soon as I have waiting patiently for my little girl and want to enjoy every minute with her xx

It will be ok n get better you wait and see. You will look back and remember how hard but be so happy you’ve come the other end. Have you thought about trying different bottles to see if there’s one she will take??  I’m saying this not to stress u out but plan b if your milk drys out!!  You’ve done so well with looking after your girl and breast feeding (I only lasted 4 weeks)and going through what your going through well done

Hi, congratulations on your new baby, as amazing as having a baby is it is bloody hard work too. It is going to get easier though but it may be tough until you get there, how much support do you get at at home? As that may be the key to a faster recovery, I know as I have been there xx

My husband is very supportive but is not an anxious person at all so I think he finds it hard to understand! I know I am feeling so crappy at the min because of the tablets but it’s a hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel ... especially when I have my little 3month old baby to look after!! She is a dream the best baby but she refuses a bottle so can’t really go to anyone else!! I suppose i just need to remain positive and hope the meds settle soon x
